Post daily stories aligned with approved plans and share live updates during events, weekends, and promotions. Reply to all comments and messages across social platforms using approved tone and brand guidelines, escalating complaints and sensitive feedback immediately. Maintain profile hygiene including bios, highlights, and location tags, and coordinate daily with Brand Managers on priorities.
