Social Media Executive role focused on supporting the UK social strategy and day-to-day management of UK channels while contributing to international market activity. Hands-on position ideal for an early-career marketer passionate about content creation, social trends, and community building. Responsibilities include managing the UK Instagram (with potential TikTok support), planning and publishing content, monitoring trends, developing and maintaining the UK content calendar, integrating UK moments into campaigns, creating a balanced mix of brand/UGC/educational content, supporting international distributor activity, maintaining brand messaging across markets, engaging with the community (comments, DMs, and user-generated content), building relationships with stylists, salons, educators, and consumers, identifying salon leads, supporting paid partnerships, shooting and editing social content (Reels, Stories, TikTok-style videos), attending content capture at salons/events, tracking performance and reporting, and providing general administrative support (POs, contracts, sample orders). Skills sought include 1–3 years in social media/marketing, experience managing brand accounts, basic filming/editing for social, strong organization and communication, and a keen interest in beauty/haircare or professional salon industry.
