Job Summary
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok while monitoring trends and algorithms to adapt strategy. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community presence online. Analyze performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and provide insights to improve engagement and reach. Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to align messaging and campaigns. Manage paid social media campaigns when required and support event coverage in real-time via stories and posts. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, 1–3 years of experience, and proven expertise in creating Instagram Reels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Proven experience in creating and editing Instagram Reels
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Basic design/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe suite) are a plus
- Experience in content calendars and analytics tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, etc.)
