Remote Social Media Content Manager for SkinSpirit, focusing on developing innovative, trend-forward social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube; end-to-end content creation from ideation to posting; collaborate with regional teams to adapt national campaigns locally; manage content calendars; build community through influencer programs, ambassador initiatives, giveaways, and real-time audience engagement; translate complex clinical skincare protocols into platform-specific content while maintaining brand authority and engaging storytelling; monitor KPIs and adapt strategies in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 2+ years of proven expertise in social media marketing
- Experience in beauty, medical aesthetics or similar industry strongly preferred
- Must be proficient in mobile-first video production (Short-form video/Reels/TikTok/Edits)
- Strong written and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to manage content calendars and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate clinical skincare protocols into digestible content
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tech platforms
