Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of Four Pillars' social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and expand to new platforms. Oversee end-to-end social media creation from ideation through production, publishing and performance analysis. Partner with Design to produce content for campaigns and brand touchpoints. Drive creator collaboration strategies to build brand love and advocacy. Monitor trends and audience behavior to inform content direction. Manage paid social campaigns and budgets, and collaborate with Brand, Sales, Trade, Design, Hospitality and more to deliver integrated campaigns. Use analytics to optimize content for engagement and commercial outcomes. Lead, coach and develop a team of creative and social specialists. Qualifications include a track record of delivering high-performing social media strategy, experience with visual direction across photo and video, strong copywriting/editing skills, deep understanding of social platforms and digital trends, and experience with Meta Ads Manager; FMCG/beverage/alcohol experience is highly regarded but not essential.
