Job Summary
Social Media & Creator Commerce Coordinator responsible for high-volume influencer outreach, building and maintaining creator CRM records, vetting UGC creators, developing and managing a creator ecosystem from onboarding to compensation and performance reporting, and supporting TikTok Shop campaigns. Duties include daily outreach across DMs and email, research and vetting of creators to align with brand goals, campaign setup and optimization, KPI analysis and reporting, A/B testing support, live-commerce coordination, and cross-functional communication with Marketing, Social, and PR teams.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2+ years in social media, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and list management
- Experience with TikTok Shop, Seller Center, or e-commerce platforms is a strong plus
- Strong communicator with ability to manage high-volume outreach and multiple relationships
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and other major platforms as content channels and commerce tools
- Experience with Shop Ads, paid social, or performance advertising is a bonus
- LIVE commerce or streaming experience is a bonus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
