Job Summary
Social Media Coordinator supports social planning, publishing, and community management across platforms, executing monthly social templates, ensuring posting accuracy and timeliness, supporting trend-driven content, assisting with campaign execution, reporting, and community engagement. Role reports to Social Media Manager and collaborates with the marketing team; responsibilities include scheduling and publishing content, maintaining social links/tools, supporting reactive content tied to trends, writing captions and CTAs, monitoring trends, engaging with the community across comments and DMs, managing brand mentions, assisting with campaigns and giveaways, maintaining documentation for recurring workflows, and aiding in basic performance reporting. Must be comfortable managing multiple timelines, familiar with Instagram/TikTok/YouTube best practices, and available to work East Coast hours. This role is open to overseas applicants (non-U.S. only) with a Europe-based hiring scope; includes competitive base compensation, bonus program, PTO, wellness days, and a creative work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Social media planning experience

- Content creation experience (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
