Job Summary

Create engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms by capturing and editing short-form videos, photography, and graphics that reflect the organization's mission. Plan and maintain a social media content calendar supporting recruitment, events, and community engagement while designing digital and print marketing materials such as social graphics, flyers, and brochures. Monitor social media performance to recommend content improvements based on engagement and analytics, collaborating with the Marketing Director and internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and special projects. Capture photos and videos at events, programs, and community activities, maintaining brand standards and organizing digital assets and templates. Candidates with Spanish proficiency may translate materials as needed. This part-time role offers potential transition to full-time status with benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) match, situated in a collaborative environment focused on empowering individuals to thrive.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or social media experience
  • Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar channels
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design and content creation software
  • Experience with content creation, copywriting, graphic design, photography, and video editing
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Proof of current automobile insurance and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for local and regional events

Desired Qualifications

  • Candidates with Spanish proficiency may be asked to translate marketing and communication materials, as needed. (Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required)
