Job Summary
Plan, write, and schedule culturally relevant content for WeChat and Xiaohongshu (RED) accounts while monitoring platform trends. Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding Malta's Citizenship and Residency by Investment programs, logging and qualifying leads for handover to the advisory team. Edit and publish short videos and lifestyle visuals using tools like CapCut or Canva to showcase company services and Malta's advantages. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader campaigns. This full-time, on-site role in Malta supports a consultancy firm specializing in relocation and investment services for individuals and entities.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or digital communications
- Strong understanding and experience with WeChat Official Accounts and Xiaohongshu (RED)
- Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Simplified)
- Good English communication skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Chinese
- Familiar with short video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Confident handling direct customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Qualification in marketing
- Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 till 17:30 with flexibility in starting time
- Work on-site in Malta

- Experience in immigration, luxury services, education, or real estate is a plus
