Job Summary
Plan, create, and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels for Flowers for Society while managing community engagement and responding to messages. Develop new content ideas by tracking current social media and lifestyle trends, and coordinate influencer and creator collaborations including product seedings and campaign logistics. Support the brand team in building loyalty and affiliate programs, organize content assets for photo and video productions, and maintain campaign plans with basic performance reporting. This Werkstudent role focuses exclusively on expanding the sneaker brand's social presence and community growth.
Required Qualifications
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Social Media, Content Marketing oder Influencer Marketing von Vorteil
- Begeisterung für Sneaker, Fashion, Running und moderne Lifestyle-Brands

- Kreatives Gespür für Content, Storytelling und Markenkommunikation
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Canva sowie der Adobe Creative Suite
