Job Summary
Hands-on Social Media & Content Specialist who translates campaign directions into farmer-friendly messaging. Owns content across formats (posts, carousels, reels, stories) and manages organic and paid social rollout, lead generation, and performance analysis. Responsibilities include planning content across markets, creating video and interview-based testimonials, optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, tracking metrics (CTR, CPL, lead quality), and ensuring leads are relevant and usable. Requires strong copywriting, experience across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube), and ability to turn complex dairy products and systems into practical messaging for dairy farmers.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience running social media campaigns
- Strong copywriting ability
- Experience managing paid social campaigns and budgets
- Ability to analyse performance and adjust approach
- Experience writing across formats — social, long-form, bios, testimonials
- Confidence creating simple video content for digital platforms
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Basic performance tracking (CTR, CPL, lead quality)
- CRM or lead management systems advantageous
- Google Ads advantageous
