Social Media Content Moderator - Onsite

Job Summary
Review user-generated content, including graphic images, videos, and written text, to ensure compliance with community guidelines and escalate violations. Classify and eliminate highly sensitive material while investigating complex issues within agreed-upon turnaround times. Participate in frequent refresher and continuous training programs to implement correct policies and stay updated on workflow changes. Provide trends and insights to develop improvements to overall processes and recommend enhancements to policy and product. Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and all operational orders while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Abililty to WORK ON SITE at Port St. Lucie, FL (not a work from home position).
- Experience navigating internet websites including social media, commerical websites, etc.
- Comfortability reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material.
- Attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- College degree preferred but not required.
