Job Summary
Own the social strategy and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring distinct direction and tone for each platform. Shoot and edit content yourself when needed, maintaining fluency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and various camera systems. Run community engagement during promotional pushes, manage DM automation, and administer ad accounts while tracking performance data to inform future creative decisions. Coordinate the content approval process with the artist's core team and align social activity with broader label, PR, and management projects. Maintain the footage archive and collaborate with the wider team to keep activity aligned. This role sits within the Brands business unit, offering direct collaboration with a major Scandinavian pop artist and access to the wider music and entertainment industry.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience managing social media for an artist, public figure, or entertainment brand
- Real understanding of what makes content work versus what doesn't
- Comfortable across the full arc of content, from strategy and ideation to shooting and editing yourself
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Comfortable shooting on iPhone and on Film Cameras
- Basic understanding of sound and lighting
- Sharp instincts for platform-specific content and tone
- Knowledge that Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts each need a different approach
- Digitally savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Comfortable picking up new fan communication, automation, or analytics tools
- Strong community management instincts
- Track record of building fan engagement and momentum
- Comfortable taking and running with creative direction from the artist and team
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and creative opinions
- Stockholm-based and on-site
- Fluent in Swedish and English
