Job Summary
Be on camera to build formats that make WePush and SongPush visible on TikTok and Instagram. Identify, develop, and produce content independently from first idea to published post. Translate internal processes, performance data, and behind-the-scenes work into engaging content. Own TikTok and Instagram end to end, including posting, community management, and trend monitoring. Work closely with the team to turn campaigns, creator stories, and company milestones into content. Test formats continuously and adapt quickly based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Native German
- Fluent English
- Exceptionally communicative: comfortable talking to a camera, an audience or a room
- Energetic with an edge. Have a voice and know when to use it
- A steady stream of ideas, more than there is time to produce
- A strong instinct for content and genuine enjoyment of being on camera
- The ability to spot, develop, and execute formats on your own, without a step-by-step brief
- Strong identification with TikTok, social media, and WePush as a brand
- Hands-on experience producing for TikTok and Instagram
- Working student at 20h/week, full-time, or freelance on a trial basis
