Job Summary
Architect of our brand’s social presence, crafting dynamic content and cultivating community engagement across key platforms. Lead the development of overarching social strategies, align content with brand objectives, and drive social-first initiatives. Manage end-to-end social programs, create engaging formats (posts, carousels, short-form video, infographics, PDFs), and collaborate cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and GTM teams. Analyze performance, optimize content based on data, adapt content for regional relevance, and partner with inbound demand generation and paid social teams to deliver innovative, high-impact organic campaigns. Strong storytelling, autonomy, and a proactive approach to leveraging trends and innovations to support product launches and company communications.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years hands-on experience creating compelling social content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram with knowledge of both organic and paid social on key platforms
- Proficiency in content creation and video editing tools, including AI-powered tools
- Track record of success in social media community engagement, including growth strategies, campaigns, influencer marketing, and content strategy
- Ability to use data and analytics to develop, measure, and optimize content programs that convert
- Experience managing and executing a variety of ongoing and campaign-specific social programs from start to finish with near-full autonomy
- Strong sense of initiative, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Bonus: Experience with podcasts, newsletters, or social series programs
