Job Summary
Brainstorm, script, and create high-impact static and video content for TikTok and Reels to strengthen the Soy & Mochi brand. Research competitors and viral trends, then define content strategy and target groups. Edit and post short-form content optimized for reach while analyzing performance to adjust future iterations. Collaborate directly with the founder on flexible formats and cross-post across channels to test effectiveness. Gain hands-on experience in strategy, analytics, and creative execution within an early-stage startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- at least 3 months full-time or 4-6 months part-time (20h/week minimum)
- Ideally you are located in the US
Desired Qualifications
- Have experience creating content for TikTok or Reels (personal or professional)
- Understand current trends, sounds, formats, and TikTok culture
- Feel comfortable researching hashtags, angles, and storytelling styles
- Enjoy creating quick, scrappy content rather than aiming for perfection
- Love working independently without strict guidance
