Job Summary
Create high-impact TikTok content, including static carousels and videos, to strengthen the brand and help couples discover Soy & Mochi. Brainstorm scripts, research trending hashtags and sounds, and edit short-form material optimized for reach and engagement. Analyze performance metrics to adjust strategy and explore creative growth across TikTok and Reels. Work directly with the founder to define angles and storytelling styles, requiring at least 2 months full-time or 3 months part-time commitment. This unpaid internship offers creative freedom for portfolio building within a bootstrapped startup aiming to become the platform for all couple-related topics.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience creating content for TikTok or Reels (personal or professional)
- Understand current trends, sounds, formats, and TikTok culture
- Feel comfortable researching hashtags, angles, and storytelling styles
- Enjoy creating quick, scrappy content rather than aiming for perfection
- Love working independently without strict guidance
- Available for at least 2 months full-time or 3 months part-time (20h/week minimum)
- Ideally you are located in the US
