Social Media & Content Coordinator

Social Media & Content Coordinator for Spinato’s responsible for executing the brand’s social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Collaborate with the marketing team to manage day-to-day social activity, create and schedule content, and ensure posts reflect Spinato’s authentic, community-driven, quality-obsessed brand. Responsibilities include supporting overall social strategy and campaigns, publishing across platforms, managing daily community engagement (comments, DMs, reviews), assisting with Reddit community monitoring, maintaining content calendars, crafting SEO-friendly captions, proofreading content, capturing organic photo and video content in-store and at events, creating short-form content (Stories, Reels, TikToks), designing simple graphics, editing photos/videos for social use, assisting with photoshoots and training videos, coordinating social-driven campaigns and promotions, supporting staff social initiatives, and providing guidance to social media interns. The role requires strong writing, editing, and organizational skills, familiarity with Instagram/Facebook/TikTok, basic graphic design capabilities, comfort with on-the-ground content capture, and a hospitality/restaurant-brand sensibility. The position offers hands-on impact in telling Spinato’s family-owned story through fast-paced, authentic content across platforms.
