Job Summary
Identify and mitigate piracy, counterfeit, and unauthorized distribution of content; monitor platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok; evaluate copyright violations and enforce the most effective actions; manage YouTube CMS and Meta Rights Manager operations, coordinate with teams to validate required cases, and ensure actions are completed within standard timelines; provide client issue resolution and proactive communication; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years in the music/entertainment field; English and Arabic language skills; on-site in Cairo with rotating shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in the music and entertainment field
- Linguistic Skills English - Arabic
- Strong Problem-Solving Abilities
- Detail-oriented with a Focus on Accuracy
- Multitasker and can handle many tasks at the same time
