Job Summary

Monitor and engage with comments, direct messages, and user-generated content while identifying opportunities to strengthen audience relationships. Develop and implement organic and paid social media strategies for Snoqualmie Casino, Crescent Market, and other Tribal enterprises, aligning with business objectives. Attend casino events, including evenings and weekends, to engage digital audiences through live social media, Q&As, and real-time updates. Oversee online reputation across platforms such as Google Reviews, Yelp, and Glassdoor, escalating feedback as necessary to ensure a positive brand image. Produce engaging multimedia content, including video, photography, and graphics, tailored to each social media platform. Coordinate social media contests, giveaways, and promotional ticket allocation, ensuring compliance with official rules. Communicate with other departments to produce effective social media marketing and promotion for specific products, services, and events. Provide oversight and supervision of event staff during marketing-related events and oversee outside vendors when applicable. Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes, recommending opportunities to improve brand relevance and performance. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across social channels while adapting content to platform expectations. Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with business objectives and regularly provide analytics and reports to track social media performance and ROI. Coordinate, execute, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, and performance reporting. Actively assist with a wide range of marketing initiatives, including promotions, giveaways, event marketing, creative design efforts, and monitoring digital performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Two (2) years of full-time social media management or digital marketing experience
  • Strong ability to create engaging, platform-specific content
  • Proven experience engaging with audiences through live events, real-time Q&As, and immediate updates on promotions and events
  • Skilled in photography, video creation, and composition
  • Expertise in iPhone camera features and editing applications
  • Capable of handling sensitive situations and crises in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
  • Strong online reputation management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong internal and external relationships
  • Highly organized, with strong time management skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and priorities
  • Proficient in measuring and reporting on performance metrics
  • Innovative mindset with a data-driven approach
  • You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission
  • Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the casino, gaming, or hospitality industry
