Job Summary
Social Media and Marketing Manager to directly support growth efforts for Lemio from scratch: create and distribute content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit and more using AI tools; manage content distribution workflows with Loomly and AI agents; recruit 100+ affiliates to become Lemio brand ambassadors; handle PR publications; build and engage communities via email distributions; and automate tasks with Claude Code and other AI tools. The role emphasizes hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborating with founders Stephan and Tom, with a preference for someone based in or near Munich for close collaboration, and a focus on mental health and healthy lifestyle.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of work experience
- passion for content, writing, blogging and social media
- interest in mental health and healthy lifestyle
- ability to create content for multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit)
- experience with content distribution tools (Loomly, AI agents)
- ability to build affiliates and brand ambassadors
- willingness to get hands dirty and execute operational tasks
