Job Summary
Social Media and Content Creation Specialist to help shape and execute Lollypop Farm’s digital communications strategy through compelling storytelling, multimedia content development, and community engagement. Responsibilities include managing the organization’s social media presence, creating and scheduling engaging content (photography, video, graphics, reels, stories, and written content), collaborating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring channels, responding to inquiries, identifying trends, coordinating email marketing and fundraising campaigns, supporting adoption marketing and events, and providing analytics-driven insights to optimize reach and impact. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) and 3+ years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, and digital marketing; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (and familiarity with Sprout Social a plus); comfortable working in an office setting in Fairport, NY, with flexible availability for events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 3+ years of related experience in implementing communication tactics, executing social media communications, and developing content
- Demonstrated experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, and video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Sprout Social is a plus
