Job Summary
Social Media & Content Coordinator at Breeze (fintech startup) to help build and amplify the brand through creator-led content, video, and social campaigns. Work across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, Instagram, and emerging platforms; partner with the CEO and Head of Brand & Marketing to develop founder-led content and thought leadership; film, edit, publish short- and long-form videos; manage the content calendar; identify opportunities, trends, and opportunities from company events, conferences, product launches, and day-to-day startup life; collaborate with marketing, product, sales, recruiting, and leadership to produce content that supports business objectives; monitor performance and engagement metrics; maintain brand consistency; engage with followers and communities; contribute to growing the CEO’s personal brand; ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and stays ahead of content trends. Proficient with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro or similar tools; strong writing and storytelling skills; able to operate independently and execute quickly; fintech/crypto/SaaS exposure a plus; location: New York City, in-office 3x/week.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or related roles
- Proven experience creating content for a company, startup, agency, creator brand, or personal social channels
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and modern content trends
- Experience filming, editing, and publishing video content across multiple platforms
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Experience managing content calendars and coordinating multiple content initiatives simultaneously
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Comfortable working directly with founders, executives, and cross-functional teams
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently and execute quickly
- Experience working in startup environments is a strong plus
- Experience in fintech, technology, SaaS, or crypto is a plus
