Run the live social feed during every home game, capturing vertical video from the bench, tunnel, and locker room to publish goal and crowd moments within minutes. Shoot and edit short-form native video for practice days, theme nights, and community events while developing recurring content series. Monitor comments and DMs across channels, responding in the team voice within the same day and surfacing fan-generated content for reposting. Manage the intake queue for donation requests, autograph requests, and appearance requests, triaging and tracking each to completion. Coordinate player, mascot, and staff appearances with local schools, nonprofits, and military groups, planning recognition moments and event staffing. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth, and community activity metrics.
