Social Media and Community Operations Specialist

Social Media & Community Operations Specialist responsible for content collaboration, social media system management, and affiliate program oversight in a hybrid role based in Budapest. You will lead editorial calendar development with creators, manage social media tooling, track assets and UTMs, and ensure posts meet brand/technical standards. You’ll grow Formlabs’ presence on Reddit and specialized forums, optimize for SEO/AEO, recruit influencers, and scale the affiliate program through publisher networks and automated platform features. The role requires a technical understanding of digital fabrication and 3D printing, strong English communication, and 3+ years in social media, community management, or affiliate marketing in a technical field. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration with content creators, and shaping an authoritative technical voice for the community. Hybrid work in Budapest with on-site office presence 3 days per week is offered.
