Job Summary
Moderate, manage, and expand Sleek's online entrepreneur communities by developing regional strategies aligned with business goals. Build meaningful relationships with members, respond to queries, and design engagement initiatives that encourage collaboration. Create impactful online and offline events, campaigns, and sessions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce valuable content. Use analytics to evaluate community growth, produce actionable reports, and continuously refine strategies to drive engagement. Report to the Community Team as a penultimate year student or fresh graduate, located in Singapore for a 6-month internship.
Required Qualifications
- Located in Singapore
- Commit to a 6-month internship period
- Bachelor's Degree and above (final year or fresh graduates)
- Familiarity with social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Ability to create simple creatives using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights
- Using AI tools to create content and videos
- Willingness to learn and a curious mindset
- Highly collaborative
- Strong teamwork, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently; can prioritise and adjust tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
