Job Summary
Manage the Client's HR Social Global Community, monitoring user access, behavior, and engagement while ensuring content is optimized for search engines and SEO. Elaborate data to create impactful analysis and reporting that drives traffic and increases visibility for sales initiatives. Track analytics, oversee engagement metrics, and maintain the social media policy aligned with international and regional requirements. Generate weekly and monthly reports on quantitative and qualitative data to monitor return on investment. Ensure all activities meet competitor benchmarks and support company objectives. This role requires excellent English skills and experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. Located in Tirana, Albania, with a permanent full-time contract starting ASAP.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Experience using social media platforms like, but not limited to, Facebook Analytics
- Professional experience with data analysis from social media channels such, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Tumblr, Pinterest, TikTok
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitasking
- Well-developed organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of social distribution and analytics
- Open to working in a collaborative way with internal stakeholders and to sharing ideas, accepting constructive feedback to benefit efficient communication
- English outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Good knowledge of the Italian language is a plus
