Job Summary

Social Media and Analytics Manager responsible for strategizing, managing, and executing social media for Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and others; building audiences in the nonprofit sector; developing content and posting strategy; supporting events across Senior Planet geographies; optimizing paid social; engaging with supporters; measuring and reporting engagement and outcomes across channels; and ensuring equity-focused storytelling and asset-based framing. Requires 3-5 years in communications and/or social media, familiarity with Hootsuite and major platforms, analytics/reporting experience, and a proven ability to grow channels and manage multiple initiatives. Remote work option available; strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Proficiency with Wordpress, Mailchimp, and Adobe Suite is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in communications and/or social media
  • Familiarity with Hootsuite and social media platforms
  • Experience in analytics and reporting social media statistics
  • Experience building, growing and managing social media channels
  • Multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience including ability to use social media to connect with diverse audiences
  • Multi-lingual skills desirable
