Job Summary

Social Media and Analytics Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing a strategic, data-driven social media framework across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and related channels; manage content strategy, audience growth, and engagement; support events and advocacy campaigns across Senior Planet geographies; optimize paid social, measure outcomes with analytics, and ensure equitable storytelling and inclusion across all platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience minimum in communications and/or social media
  • Experience with Hootsuite and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Experience in analytics and reporting social media statistics
  • Experience building, growing and managing social media channels
  • Experience fostering diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Obsessive organization and a sharp eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and projects
