Job Summary
Act as the strategic lead and trusted partner for multiple beauty brands within a leading international group. You will be responsible for driving client success, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the flawless execution of social, influencer, and digital campaigns. Lead day-to-day relationships with key beauty clients; translate business objectives into strategic social plans; manage multiple brands and projects with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; anticipate challenges and provide solutions for smooth campaign delivery; present recommendations and campaign results to clients; identify opportunities for growth and long-term partnership development; monitor performance and provide actionable insights; ensure operational excellence across stakeholders; mentor and guide team workload management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management, Client Services, Project Management, or similar roles within agencies, social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing environments
- Proven experience managing clients and multiple projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Experience leading or coordinating teams, with strong stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to business objectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing situations
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, capable of managing complex workloads without losing attention to detail
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and resilient under pressure
- Experience in Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle industries is highly valued
- Strong understanding of social media ecosystems
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
