Job Summary
Social Intelligence & Platform Operations Analyst responsible for leading day-to-day social listening and monitoring, translating fragmented signals into clear, actionable insights, and serving as an administrator for social listening platforms. Own crisis and risk intelligence workflows, produce leadership-ready reports and dashboards, and partner with Communications/Marketing to contextualize trends. Manage platform governance, access controls, renewals, and vendor coordination; deliver training and enablement for social listening tools; support enterprise-wide governance of social media platforms with audit-ready processes. Role is remote within the United States with up to 10% travel. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience; hands-on experience with tools like Meltwater or Emplifi; strong emphasis on governance, risk insight, and scalable monitoring frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3+ years experience in social listening, social media operations, digital intelligence, media monitoring, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Meltwater, Emplifi, or comparable tools
