Job Summary
Social & Influencer Coordinator at Riddell leads the brand’s social media day-to-day programming across channels such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter, and drives influencer and creator activations. The role partners with MarCom to develop and execute a cohesive social strategy, manages an integrated content calendar tied to launches, campaigns, partnerships, events, and athlete storytelling, and produces culturally relevant football-focused storytelling. Responsibilities include lead-by-example social copy across channels, community management, live coverage at partnership activations and events, and delivering monthly performance reports with data-driven recommendations. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams, maintain brand guidelines, stay current on social trends, support shoots and travel, and contribute to broader MarCom initiatives. Required qualifications emphasize a bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field, 2+ years in social/influencer/athlete marketing, experience with content calendars and campaign execution, strong analytics and platform knowledge, video editing, project management, deep knowledge of football at multiple levels, and willingness to travel up to ~20% and work in a corporate office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, athlete marketing, or related fields
- Experience managing social media channels and content calendars for a brand, agency, sports property, team, league, or media organization
- Experience developing and executing influencer, creator, or athlete marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience growth strategies, community management, content planning, and analytics
- Proficiency with social media management, reporting, and content publishing tools
- Strong knowledge of content creation and video editing for social media platforms
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of the football landscape, including professional, collegiate, high school, and youth football
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
