Job Summary
Drive execution and storytelling of Meridian’s signature Social Impact programs, manage end-to-end program delivery and partner relationships, coordinate marketing and communications, track metrics, and ensure governance – enabling community impact and business goals. Requires knowledge of Benevity/GrantStream, strong project management, stakeholder engagement across internal teams (Retail, Business Banking, Wealth) and external partners, and a data-driven approach to reporting and storytelling. Hybrid role based in Ontario with offices in Etobicoke and St. Catharines; occasional travel between offices and to branches.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years directly relevant program management experience
- Post-secondary education related to Business Administration, corporate community investment, not-for-profit program management, and/or marketing and communications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
- Experience coordinating or managing strategic corporate or not-for-profit/public sector programs and/or partnerships
- Experience with Benevity and/or GrantStream (Grants by Benevity) software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
- Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Experience engaging, supporting, and coordinating volunteers
- Strong background in social impact reporting and data collection/measurement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools; willingness to learn sponsorship software
- Experience administering contracts and payments with community partners
- Ability to safeguard data quality and ensure reliable reporting
