Job Summary
Social Entrepreneurship Intern will work with IYT’s Co-Founder and CEO to design and execute programs, develop partnerships, perform market research, support strategic planning, and assist in capital campaigns. Responsibilities include creating new school partnerships, designing and scaling programs, participating in senior leadership discussions, fundraising, managing projects, and performing market research to advance the organization’s mission. Requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic nonprofit environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Undergraduate student in business, social entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred
- Strong belief in IYT's mission, vision, and values
- Strong communication skills that can inspire and motivate others
- Ability to articulate the organization and program mission to stakeholders
- Self-motivation and multi-tasking ability
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality results
- Computer skills: G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom
