Job Summary
Social & Engagement Lead at Salesforce (hybrid role in San Francisco, CA) will own the Partnerforce social ecosystem end-to-end, including content strategy, editorial direction, channel management, and performance reporting, serving as the primary liaison to the Partnerblazer community. Responsibilities include leading multi-format content production (written posts, video, graphics, newsletters, interactive formats) using AI-assisted tools with editorial accountability, building and leading employee and partner advocacy programs, designing and running platform experiments, and translating community feedback into partner marketing strategy. The role requires 4+ years in social media or related fields, strong analysis of performance data, and the ability to manage relationships within B2B/partner communities.
