Job Summary
Provide supervision and mentorship to students aged 16-24 at a Job Corps center, including behavior modification, safety inspections, and daily oversight of activities (hygiene, chores, recreation, transportation, meals). Conduct Life Skills discussions, small group sessions, and informal counseling on stress management and responsible behavior. Maintain bulletin boards and organize recreation/non-vocational activities; ensure wake-up procedures and Student Accountability; uphold center policies and safety. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and CPR/First Aid certification; preferred experience in education or related work with students.
Required Qualifications

- CPR & 1st aid Certification must be obtained
