Job Summary
Design future mobility and infrastructure transitions by collaborating with clients and colleagues on projects ranging from school traffic safety to national future visions. Apply social design methodologies to make mobility more human-centric, developing processes and results that connect market needs with expert knowledge. Build your own and others' competencies while advocating for sustainable, socially strong world changes in political-administrative contexts. Work within the Social Design team at TwynstraGudde, a firm advising governments and industry on urgent themes like energy and climate adaptation.
Required Qualifications
- minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als social designer (medior/senior)
- afgeronde designopleiding
- ruime ervaring met het toepassen van design thinking / social design voor opdrachtgevers in de publieke sector
- ervaring in of ten minste een sterke affiniteit met het vakgebied van mobiliteit en/of infrastructuur
- ontwerpvragen kunnen herkennen binnen de wereld van mobiliteit en hierop kunnen acteren
- zowel maatschappelijk geëngageerd (oog voor publieke waarden) als commercieel sterk
- ondernemend en zelfstandig
- schroomt niet om nieuwe ideeën en perspectieven in te brengen
