Job Summary
Lead a team of Social Coaches to coordinate social skills programming for neurodiverse college students; hire, supervise, and assign caseloads; develop curricula; deliver individual and group social skills instruction across apartments, community locations, CLE offices, and workplaces; build relationships with graduate programs for externship opportunities; supervise and mentor staff while engaging students in planning and executing social events based on interests; assess student progress and prepare progress reports for families, serving as a role model for communication and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, social services, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license with at least one year of licensed driving experience
- Ability to meet company motor vehicle insurance requirements
