Job Summary
Social Content Specialist responsible for video-first storytelling across social platforms, end-to-end content production (concepting, filming, editing, post-production), campaign execution aligned with brand strategies, influencer partnerships, cross-functional collaboration, performance analysis, and asset development to reinforce messaging; role based at the San Antonio Home Office with on-site Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays; full-time with occasional extended hours and travel to properties.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
- Proven experience creating and editing video content for digital and social platforms
- Strong understanding of social media trends, tools, and platform best practices
- Experience executing content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
