Job Summary
Concept, shoot, and edit short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, serving as a primary on-camera personality for customer facilities, trade shows, and athlete shoots. Spot trends and turn them into authentic, platform-native videos while managing day-to-day publishing and engagement on social platforms. Respond to comments and DMs in an authentic brand voice, building relationships with creators, athletes, trainers, and industry influencers. Track engagement metrics and content performance to continuously test and optimize strategy. Approximately 90% of work focuses on external audiences including gym operators and fitness enthusiasts. This hybrid role in Rosemont, IL, involves up to 20% domestic and occasional international travel to attend events and create real-time content.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years' experience creating engaging social content for a brand, agency, media company, or as a creator
- a portfolio showcasing strong short-form video work
- Demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories through short-form video
- strong editing skills
- a track record of driving audience engagement
- Deep understanding of TikTok and other social platforms, including what resonates with audiences and why
- Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera
- Self-motivated, agile, and able to quickly turn ideas into high-quality, published content
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically, with occasional international travel, to attend customer visits, industry events, trade shows, and brand activations while creating real-time content and building relationships within the fitness community
- This is a hybrid role based at our Global Headquarters in Rosemont, IL
- Team members work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday
