Job Summary
Social Content Manager focuses on social-first storytelling and creative campaigns that drive brand engagement across organic, paid, and owned channels. Responsibilities include developing breakthrough content ideas, crafting platform-native storytelling, overseeing lo-fi production from concept to posting, briefing creators and production partners, translating brand strategy into content, and presenting concepts to clients. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, staying current on TikTok and other trends, building content franchises, leading performance reporting and A/B testing, and ensuring content aligns with channel strategy and product priorities. A portfolio of social-first concepts, short-form video work, and campaign results is required; minimum 2+ years of agency experience preferred. Hybrid role based in San Diego with a Bachelor’s degree as a baseline (Master’s a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is a plus.
