Job Summary
Social Content Designer & Video Editor who can transform assets into platform-native, engaging social content across short-form video, motion graphics, and static visuals. Responsibilities include editing Instagram Reels and other short-form videos, creating platform-native content formats, building visual pacing, integrating motion graphics and transitions, optimizing content for engagement, adapting assets for multiple platforms and aspect ratios, and producing motion graphics/animations to bring products to life. Also responsible for design of Instagram/Facebook carousel/content, promotional graphics, seasonal campaigns, and product-focused visuals; editing and preparing photography assets (color correction, retouching, background cleanup, product isolation, optimization); managing and organizing creative assets; and supporting broader sales and marketing creative efforts (presentations, banners, trade-show graphics). Requires experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, and related tools, plus a solid understanding of social media trends and performance metrics. Fully remote role with 3–5+ years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio. Within first month, expect to produce platform-ready content independently, adhere to briefs, establish a consistent production workflow, and collaborate closely with Brand Marketing Manager to reflect the brand’s voice and personality.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in social content creation, video editing, motion graphics, or digital content production
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video and social-first content
- Advanced proficiency with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software
- Experience with After Effects or similar animation software
- Strong Photoshop skills
- Experience creating content optimized for social media platforms
- Strong understanding of modern social content trends and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and creative execution
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Good written English communication skills
