Job Summary
Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, and tagged content across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and X to support audience engagement and strengthen brand affinity. Act as the brand's trusted voice by professionally reviewing and answering inquiries from consumers, creators, and ambassadors. Foster positive sentiment through timely interactions, resharing stories, and spotlighting user-generated content via social features and monthly reward programs. Identify recurring themes, complaints, and engagement opportunities to improve communications, while researching trends and cultural moments to drive community growth. Contribute creative messaging concepts and content recommendations aligned with campaign objectives. Assist with content execution and encourage participation in ambassador challenges and seasonal initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand voice professionally and enthusiastically
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and current social trends
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and track many moving pieces at once
- Comfortable using influencer marketing platforms, social media monitoring tools, or CRM systems (e.g., CIQ, Sprout Social)
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for digital communities and creator culture
