Job Summary
Own day-to-day moderation and community management across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook channels, proactively engaging with guests, creators, and brand advocates by liking, responding, and resharing content. Act as the first point of contact for guest feedback via social media, triaging complaints and escalating sensitive issues to the Guest Experience or communications teams. Use social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment, identify emerging issues, and flag volume spikes in real time, while surfacing recurring feedback themes to contribute to Guest Experience reporting. Assist with influencer outreach, gifting coordination, and media material logistics, supporting the planning and execution of media moments and brand activations. Compile reports tracking coverage, community performance, and sentiment to keep shared tools and databases accurate.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience in social media, community management or communications support
- ideally in a consumer brand, hospitality or retail environment
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, PR, Media or a related discipline
- Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- A voice that's warm, witty and adaptable
- The instinct to turn a complaint into a great guest experience and a fan into a louder one
- Calm under pressure and organised under volume
- able to manage a high flow of interactions without losing quality or tone
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with social listening or community management tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch)
