Job Summary

Lead the growth and evolution of social commerce channels, developing strategies that drive sustainable GMV growth, improve ROAS, and strengthen affiliate and creator ecosystems. Identify, evaluate and pilot emerging commerce opportunities across new platforms and channels through structured test-and-learn initiatives with strategic partners. Own social commerce performance frameworks, leveraging data, measurement and reporting to uncover insights, optimize performance and drive business growth. Oversee social and influencer ecosystems, including creators, KOLs, MCNs, affiliate networks and agency partners, ensuring effective collaboration and measurable commercial impact. Lead end-to-end social campaign planning and execution, partnering with agency teams to deliver audience strategies, campaign deployment and performance optimization aligned with brand objectives. Drive livestream and video commerce excellence by developing and operationalising performance scorecards that elevate channel effectiveness and commercial outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor on social commerce, creator marketing and platform innovation, bringing forward emerging trends, opportunities and best practices to inform business decisions. Lead learning agendas across brands by translating insights into actionable recommendations, scaling successful initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Build internal capabilities through training, coaching and knowledge-sharing programmes that strengthen social commerce, digital media and analytics expertise across stakeholder groups. Influence and engage cross-functional stakeholders through compelling storytelling, strategic recommendations and data-driven insights that support business objectives. Ensure all commerce, creator and livestream activities adhere to brand governance, compliance requirements and brand safety standards, safeguarding brand integrity across all touchpoints.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Social Commerce, Influencer Marketing, Digital Media, Performance Marketing or related fields
  • Demonstrated expertise in TikTok Shop and social commerce ecosystems
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, creator economy trends, affiliate marketing models and platform best practices
  • Experience managing creators, influencers, agencies, MCNs, affiliate networks and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of performance metrics, media optimisation and growth levers
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying opportunities and turning insights into action
  • Passion for emerging technologies, digital culture and the evolving social commerce landscape
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
