Job Summary

Plan, execute, and optimize social commerce activations across Coty brands in the DACH region, collaborating with key retail partners such as Douglas and Flaconi. Drive consumer-centric, full-funnel social commerce initiatives by integrating influencer marketing, content, community, and e-commerce in coordination with Sales, Marketing, PR, Influencer Marketing, and external partners. Develop retailer- and customer-specific programs to boost sell-out, maintain strong relationships with retail partners, oversee test-and-learn initiatives and campaign performance analysis, identify trends and high-performing content formats, and contribute to European social commerce initiatives while managing agencies and external partners and supporting budget planning. Strong emphasis on platforms, creator economy, and digital ecosystems with cross-functional collaboration across matrix organizations. Fluency in English and German required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Initial relevant professional experience (e.g. 3–5 years) in social media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or key account management
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
