Job Summary
Conduct weekly one-on-one social coaching sessions with assigned neurodiverse college students to build confidence, practice conversation skills, and navigate real-world interactions. Facilitate community outings, group activities, and peer engagement opportunities while providing transportation to and from events as needed. Support students in developing reciprocal relationships and independent living skills through collaborative mentoring in authentic settings. Submit session documentation and communicate progress with the team during weekly supervision meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least one year of licensed driving experience
- Meet company motor vehicle insurance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, counseling, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals or young adults preferred
