Social Care Worker– Day Services

Facilitate and support individuals within our Day Services while delivering high-quality care aligned with core values of respect, progressiveness, professionalism, and positivity. Manage day-to-day operations for a community-based organization in Swords, Dublin, ensuring responsive service delivery for all supported persons. Maintain CORU registration and utilize strong communication and IT skills to coordinate care plans and interactions. This role offers a permanent contract with 39 hours per week, earning a full-time equivalent salary between €39,100 and €56,349.
