Job Summary
Lead and support a team of Social Care Workers to deliver person-centred care for children with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting; collaborate with Deputy Manager and Social Care Manager; ensure HIQA/Tusla standards; drive team development and create a nurturing environment; require driving license and CORU-acceptable level 7+ qualification; at least 2 years' experience; trauma-informed practice.
Required Qualifications
- Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care (CORU-approved or eligible)
- Full, clean manual driving licence
- Minimum 2 years’ experience at Social Care grade
- Strong understanding of HIQA/Tusla standards and trauma-informed practice
