Job Summary
Deliver high-quality residential care by promoting a person-centred approach and ensuring the needs of individuals are met with dignity. Oversee and supervise day-to-day service operations while working closely with the Area Manager to maintain consistent quality. Uphold core values by providing respectful, progressive, and professional services in compliance with organisational policies and the HSE New Directions Policy. Requires a third-level qualification, two years' post-qualification experience, CORU registration, and a full manual driving licence. Required Qualifications
- Third-level qualification in Social Care, Education and Training, Intellectual Disability Nursing, Allied Health Professions, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience in Social Care Services
- Proven ability to demonstrate initiative and take on leadership responsibilities
- Full, clean manual driving licence
- CORU registration
